Pop Up Pilates Events
Our pop up Pilates mat events are designed to bring movement, connection, and community together in a fun and welcoming environment. Each session includes a 55 minute guided mat workout focused on strength, posture, mobility, and total body conditioning.
After class, participants are invited to stay for a relaxed 30 minute social mingle with hot tea and light snacks. It is a chance to unwind, connect with others, and leave feeling refreshed, energized, and supported.
These events are perfect for individuals, friends, apartment communities, corporate groups, and wellness gatherings
