The Demands of the Professional Athlete during the season can put an enormous amount of strain on the athlete's body. Pilates will help the athlete gain mobility, flexibility, core strength, balance and overall optimum strength keeping the athlete moving at their highest performance level.

CORE STRENGTH

PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL PLAYER

All Athlete's need a strong core and Stability to run faster, throw the ball quicker, maintain balance and perform at  optimum level of Athletic Performance. In each session we will focus on strengthening smaller muscles in the hip, abdominals, and small muscles in the back to gain overall core strength.
