This class is for new moms and babies of 6 weeks. It is a class for moms to reconnect with their bodies while strengthening the core, posture, and core safe exercises specifically for the postnatal mom.

Join me for a dynamic Pilates mat class designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. This all-levels class focuses on precise movements, mindful breathing, and building strength from the inside out. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this session will leave you feeling energized, balanced, and ready to take on the rest of your week!
