This class is for new moms and babies of 6 weeks. It is a class for moms to reconnect with their bodies while strengthening the core, posture, and core safe exercises specifically for the postnatal mom.

Pop Up Pilates Mat Event
Our Pilates Pop Up Mat Events bring people together through movement, wellness, and connection. Enjoy a 55 minute guided mat Pilates session that builds strength, improves posture, and supports overall well being. After the workout, participants are invited to stay for a 30 minute social mingle with hot tea and light snacks, creating space to relax, connect, and recharge
