At Nikita Pilates, we believe in creating a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered. Our studio is all inclusive  environment open to all-whether you're new to Pilates, an experienced athlete, pre/postal client or anywhere in between. My sessions are designed to build core strength, enhance flexibility, and support recovery, all while fostering a powerful mind-body connection. ABOUT NIKITA

Nikita is a former professional ballet dancer with the Dance Theatre of Harlem, bringing over 20 years of experience in teaching dance and movement. As a youth, she excelled in track, competing in long jump and the 100-meter dash. After sustaining injuries that brought her back to the West Coast, she rediscovered her strength, power, and stability through Pilates, reigniting her passion for dance.

Nikita works with individuals from all walks of life, including new mothers, pre- and post-natal clients, office workers, and those recovering from injuries. In addition to Pilates, she teaches ballet and specializes in Pilates for athletes and dancers, collaborating with numerous professional NFL and NBA players. Her enthusiasm for the transformative power of Pilates drives her commitment to helping each client achieve their unique health goals. An energetic instructor, Nikita emphasizes strength, balance, stability, and precision in her classes.

What keeps me coming back is Nikita's high vibe and positive attitude. She builds her sessions so each exercise layers on the last movement. I feel so good in my body after her classes, a total transformation.Pilates makes my body feel so different in a short period of time.Nikita offers it all- breathing, alignment cues and encouragement when it gets hard. Amazing how much strength can be built in one class.Nikita is all about being healthy, strong and fit so that we can live joy filled lives.
